Instructions
- Look at the status bar for the SSL indicator, to be sure you have an secure connection. If not, make sure the URL starts with 'https'.
- Enter your user name and password in the provided fields to enter our File Transfer System.
- If you have a high enough access level, you will be presented with a list of files that you have uploaded, or have been uploaded for you.
Uploading
To upload another file, click on the 'Upload Files' link in the upper right hand corner of that page.- Enter a description for the file.
- If you want to, you may add extensive notes in the notes section.
- Click on the browse button. A pop up window will help you browse your hard drive for the file you wish to upload. Select the file and click okay.
- Click ths save button at the bottom. Depending on the size of your file and your connection speed, the upload may take a while to complete. Normally you can view the status bar at the bottom of your browser growing as the upload takes place
- When the upload is completed, a notification is mailed to the person or persons who should receive the file.
- Please be sure to log off of the system by closing down your web browser.
Downloading
To download a file, click on the title on the 'My Files' page. At the bottom of that page, you will see a download button. Click it, and choose to save the file to your computer.← Go Back to Login Page
